Beauty Mark by Zaine was born in 2020, right in the heart of the pandemic — a time when the world slowed down, but creativity and resilience found new meaning. What started with me simply styling my own hair quickly grew into something bigger. Friends, family, and even strangers admired my braids and encouraged me to share my gift. With their support, I took a leap of faith into professional braiding.
Over time, I’ve realized this craft has always been in my blood. The women in my family — from my great-grandmother onward — have all carried this talent, and I truly believe I was destined to continue that legacy. Although braiding wasn’t my first planned passion, my love for neatness, precision, and detail naturally led me exactly where I’m meant to be.
